Martin & Helms Named a Tier One Firm by Best Law Firms® in 2023

Martin & Helms is proud to announce that the firm was named to this year’s Best Law Firm’s list again, earning a Tier One ranking for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, and Product Liability Litigation – Plaintiffs. The firm was also recognized for its work in the area of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Action – Plaintiffs.

Since 2010, Best Law Firms has recognized legal organizations for their work in a multitude of practice areas. These rankings “are based on client/professional reference feedback, firmographic information provided by firms, industry leader interviews and feedback collected on individual lawyers through the Best Lawyers research process.” Inclusion in the annual Best Law Firms list is not guaranteed year to year. Eligibility requires that at least one member of the firm was recognized by Best Lawyers in America^® for that year, and firms cannot pay to be on the list.

What does Best Law Firms’ Tier One designation mean?

Rather than rank the firms sequentially, Best Law Firms uses their tier system to recognize firms. It offers a three-tier ranking system for law firms. These tiers can be national or regional, depending on the “the scope of the firm’s work and geographic coverage of their practice.” Best Law Firms uses a proprietary process based on quantitative and quality data to determine a score for every eligible law firm.

Tier One is the highest designation a law firm can achieve. Martin & Helms earned a Tier One designation in the Huntsville Metro region for its work in personal injury and product litigation on behalf of plaintiff.
